Job description
Provide full-spectrum HR support and services to the Corporate office, delivering on:
- Recruitment & Induction.
- Ensuring manpower needs are met through the right candidates, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Performance & Rewards Management.
- Ensure Group employees are in compliance with performance reviews and remuneration / bonus timelines.
- Employee Relations including employee communications.
- Learning & Development – training calendar for the year to meet business needs and capability gaps.
- Facilitating learning and growth through Training Needs Analysis.
- Talent Potential analysis.
