Role And Responsibilities

As a Quality Auditor at Hindustan Recruitment, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of customer interactions, including calls, chats, and emails. Your key tasks will include call evaluation, quality assessment, providing feedback and coaching to the team, data analysis, process improvement, compliance and documentation, and continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center quality assurance.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in audit at the BPO level for chat, email, and calls.
