Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
