The Job You will be responsible for : Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping: - Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle. Source Relationship Management : - Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area. Maintain Reports: - Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. - Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities. Channel Partner Recruitment: - Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner Ideal Candidate - You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Other role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry, Other Services and Retail industry. - You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. - You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems - You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data - You are a strong networker & relationship builder - You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
