Job description

You would be leading scrum teams with a focus on architecture, help building technical roadmap, mentoring, and making sure quality features get deployed to the production systems. Responsibilities include leadership, design, architecture, development, styling, and deployment of React based web applications on a NodeJS/Java backend leveraging REST APIs or GraphQL to interact.
Senior developers are expected to spend time bringing Juniors up to speed and need to clearly demonstrate that they can mentor and encourage.
We pride ourselves on bringing folks onto the team in a seamless manner and as a senior developer this would be part of your responsibilities. We would expect you to follow the neo-classical scrum agile process with 2-week sprint cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ year hands on experience in Java, Nodejs, Rest, GraphQL and React
• 2+ Years working as a people leader and guide the team in writing quality code, giving career guidance and help them in visualizing product strategy
• Having experience on Microservices architecture
• Good Communications Skills
• Knowledge of the NPM ecosystem
• An understanding of the of learn monographs
• Supporting teams in making the systems highly available and doing production support on an event of outage
• Understanding and supporting legacy systems and support their modernization roadmap
• Have design and documentation capabilities
