Job Title: Training Executive (Sales Focus)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Training Executive with a strong emphasis on sales training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate training, particularly in B2B and B2C sales environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a talent for building client relationships, and a proven ability to drive sales growth through effective training strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to meet the needs of our clients.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their training requirements and offering tailored solutions.

• Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to showcase our training offers and negotiate contracts.

• Collaborate with the content development team to ensure training materials align with client needs and industry standards.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform training strategies and maintain our competitive edge.

• Prepare and present training progress reports to management as required.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our training services and attract new clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate training sales, with a focus on B2B and B2C sales environments.

• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events.

Note:

• Minimum of two years of sales experience in B2B or B2C IT training sector

• Proficient in English verbal and written email communication

• Candidates with 1-3 years of B2B sales experience are also eligible to apply, even without specific training sales experience.
