Role Description - We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Creator to develop high- quality content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience
- As a Technical Content Creator
- You will play a crucial role in simplifying complex financial topics and presenting them in a clear and compelling manner
- You will work closely with subject matter experts, designers, and marketers to create content that enhances our brand's authority and helps our customers make informed financial decisions
- Responsibilities
- Research, conceptualize and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex financial concepts and products
- Create informative and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, video scripts and technical documentation
- Develop content that caters to various stages of the customer journey, from awareness to conversion
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Develop content marketing plans to improve online visibility and brand authority for clients
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content marketing strategies and editorial calendars
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new content opportunities
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and shareable content
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed
- Continuously refine and improve content creation processes and standards

Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, journalism, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Technical Content Creator, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and markets
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML
