Job description
> Prepare and oversee design calculations, technical specifications, and engineering drawings for concrete, steel,       Âmasonry and wood building structures.
> Lead all building inspections and surveying.
> Manage all structural design checks.
> Head meetings with owner and managers in relation to the progress of Detailed Engineering Assessments.
> Review and comment on the implementation of structural safety improvements.
> Oversee and review.
> Responsible for the final project close with regards to all activities completed in the Corrective Actions Plans.
> Be accountable for the timely production and delivery of reliable comprehensive reports.
> Provide structural technical support and manage the technical accuracy of existing structures.
> Be able to present technical aspects of a project and structural design approach to technical and non-technical      Âindividuals Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of current technical engineering codes and    Âpractices and taking a role in technical matters both at project and divisional level.
