Job description

We are currently seeking a proactive and ambitious Corporate Sales and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Executive to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a passion for both corporate sales and navigating government procurement processes. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth within the corporate sector while also expanding our presence on government e-marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed corporate sales targets. -

Identify and prospect new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. -

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations. -

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition effectively. -

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. -

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing materials and campaigns for the corporate sector. -

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Sales:

- Navigate the government procurement process and register our products/services on the GeM portal. - Identify opportunities and actively pursue business on government e-marketplaces. - Build relationships with procurement officers and decision-makers within government agencies. - Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and regulations in all transactions. - Prepare and submit bids and proposals for government tenders and contracts. - Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and deliver services/products to government clients efficiently. - Stay updated on GeM policies, procedures, and emerging opportunities in the government procurement space.

Qualifications - Work experience : 0 - 2 years - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. - Familiarity with government procurement processes, particularly on e-marketplaces like GeM, is highly desirable. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
