Job Overview: As a Product Owner specializing in Workato integrations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering integration of Jaggaer solutions with third party solutions for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the lifecycle of our Workato integrations, from concept to delivery, working closely with product management, third party integration partners, and internal development teams. You will help identify integration needs, define requirements, translate requirements to technical specifications and lead the development and implementation of robust, scalable integration solutions using Workato's automation platform. Key Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering: Work with Product Management team to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for integration projects. Prioritize requirements based on value, risk, and strategic importance. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Apply agile methodologies to manage the product backlog and sprint planning. • Serve as the primary liaison between product management and development team. Foster a collaborative environment and guide teams through complex integration challenges. • Oversee the development of test plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure integrations meet quality standards and business requirements. • Provide guidance and support to end-users. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, to ensure successful adoption of integration solutions. • Monitor the performance of integrations, gather feedback from users, and iterate on solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and efficiency Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in technology or product management, with a strong focus on Integration as a Service or other software integrations • Experience with Workato or similar integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions • Strong understanding of API management, workflow automation, and data transformation concepts • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira) Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other business systems such as Netsuite, Oracle Fusion etc. • Workato certifications or relevant training • Understanding of business process management and workflow automation Only applicants who meet the above criteria will be contacted.
