Job description

• Generate leads through Direct sourcing for the Loan Against Property and Business Loans.
• Achieve assigned business targets and create relationships on ground to ensure steady inflow.
• Report to the Area Business Manager and manage all customer acquisition for the territory assigned.
• Responsible for completing application and supporting documentations
• Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.
• Adhering to highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.
Candidate Requirement

• MBA/Graduate with atleast 1 years experience in sales
• Experience in Direct Sourcing will be preferred.
• Result oriented with a passion for achieving stretch targets
