Hiring for Card Collections Team Leader.

Candidate must have Collection Inbound banking customer service, banking process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 year, preferably banking domain.

Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations

1. 2-3 Years of Collection TL experience on paper.
2. Should be good with TL KRA's and KPI's.
3. Require dialer experience.
4. Location : Thane
5. Shift : Day shift / 6 Days working
6. CTC : 3.60 LPA
7. Qualification : Undergraduate / Graduate

Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Good communication skills required in Language: English + Any south India Languages
