Customer Acquisition Specialist Job Description
Customer Acquisition specialist is responsible for generating new customer leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible to develop, implement and maintain customer acquisition strategies that are consistent with the company's core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency, and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Coming up with new Ideas, launch new initiatives to pull new clients to the platform.
● Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
● Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
● Provide support on marketing initiatives.
● Be an evangelist of the platform to target customers to help them understand the value creation possibilities through nicheBrains
● Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce teams to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
Qualifications:
● Master's degree in business, marketing & sales or related field
● Candidate should have 1- 3yrs experience.
● Experience working within the marketing & sales domain.
● Experience of working in manufacturing industries preferable
● Experience on any CRM tool is added advantage
● Understanding Multi-Sided marketplace business model is added advantage
● Must have strong communication skills
● Strong analytical abilities
Its a Client handling role where Onsite working is mandatory
Consulting background are preferred.
