Job description
Responsibilities:
Supporting account executives, agencies and customers delivering an excellent customer service experience (both proactive and reactive sales enquiries)
Follow up with customers for creatives/content and involves Sales as needed
Supports Sales to ensure that the order entry is financially compliant i.e. right contract is used, critical information is not missing.
Works closely with Sales and Finance in case of exception handling
Keeps the Product Delivery Leads up to date to track delivery items up to the approval stage and gets guidance as needed.
Review and confirm that all ads and insertion orders are accounted for in the ad ledger
Works closely with Sales and Delivery Owners to ensure seamless on-time delivery of products
Works closely with Post-Delivery owners to get the orders right first time
Works closely with other pre-delivery owners for continuous improvements and enabling scale and flexibility to cater for spikes.
Creative quality checks - ensure creatives are uploaded correctly and are as per specification prior to approving a delivery
For products that require additional Editorial approvals ensures adherence to Editorial compliance as per the 'Rules of the road' prior to a Delivery Owners involvement
Coordinate as needed with societies and publishers for ad approvals
Requirement
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years experience in professional capacity preference if in Operations or Process Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, verbal and analytic skills
Ability to multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, follow-through and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a team player
Understanding of HTML coding and logic is advantageous
Displays High Integrity and Honesty
Accepts responsibility for the results based outcomes of group.
A high level of proficiency in the local language is a must .
