Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our Sales team in expanding our customer base and revenue. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, identifying and engaging with potential clients to drive growth for Prowess Soft.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or higher in business, Marketing, or Tech/Sales related field.
Proven experience in lead generation and sales prospecting, particularly in IT
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
Generate interest and build rapport to create opportunities for sales.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers
Qualify leads by assessing the needs, budget, and decision-making authority of potential customers.
Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
Address customer objections and concerns to overcome resistance and close sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
