Job description

o Tailor Global initiatives to be localized and executed in the India market
o Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods
to capture requirements
o Develop and execute learning strategies
o Design and deliver in-house training sessions, assesses development needs,
and track learning effectiveness
o Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
o Draw up a comprehensive LD Plan based on the developmental needs and
methods identified
o Manage MIQ s New Hire Orientation to enable easy settling-in and
acculturalization of new joiners leading to retention
o Aid in the auditing of policies and systems and advise on solutions
o Manage external vendors and contracts for India initiatives
o Accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines
and priorities
o Refine existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as
required
o Embrace and explore different learning styles, techniques and preferences
such as e-learning, conferences, coaching, and beyond
o Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Assess the
success of development plans and help employees make the most of
learning opportunities
o Manage organization, team or personal learning budgets
o Co-ordinate with Procurement
o Keep up with industry trends and be willing to adapt
Internal Collaboration
o Collaborate with people managers to develop their team members through
career pathing
o Establishing periodic cadence with internal stakeholders, building relationships
and working across geographies to find solutions
o Partner effectively with people at all job levels and interact with a diverse
group of individuals to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and
organizational goals.

Communication
o Good communication is the crux of this role as it requires regular feedback given and taken from many stakeholder
o Crisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomes

Project Management
o Prioritizing projects and maintaining timely deliverables
o Staying focused and contributing to projects.
Strategy
o Staying abreast of local data and trends in the industry and maintaining up to date global knowledge
o Constant reassessing of what is and isn t working and flexibility to change course as necessary

Learning
o Is a curious learner has an innate curiosity to find new ways of working or improvements, open to new ways of implementation

Who are your stakeholders
o The L D manager services requirements of all departments in the COE
o The most important stakeholders are LD s core audience: learners. Hence the focus is to deliver personalized, learner-centric interventions that encourages and facilitates the sharing and pooling of knowledge
o Closely work with key stakeholders Global teams to align business and learning goals

What you ll bring
o 10+ years of experience in Human Resource including 4-6 years in LD function
o Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
o Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods are essential
o Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
o Proficient interpersonal communication skills; able to influence across all levels
o A high regard for privacy and confidentiality
o Able to develop meaningful relationships and partner effectively with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds
o Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
o Understanding of MiQ s business ideal (advertising, technology, programmatic, digital media, ad sales, etc)
o Intellectually curious
