Job description
Responsibilities:
- To achieve a monthly plan to acquire Retail /HNI clients and ensure regular contact with all mapped clients through regular weekly/monthly calls - Generation of fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele - Responsible for advising Investors, to be able to analyze the asset allocation of Investors to customize the approach in accordance with focused selling - Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet customer needs - Ensuring the highest levels of service to Corporate clients/HNI and Retail customers - Providing Investment planning and advice - One-point contact for the assigned customer - Acquisition & Servicing of Retail and HNI customers Requirements: - Critical Skills Required- Relationship Management - Technical - Product Knowledge - Presentation skills - Interpersonal skills - Effective Communication - Result-oriented with proper adherence to compliance - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in relationship management, sales, or business development - Plan and execute marketing and client acquisition campaigns. - Knowledge of Mutual Fund and Investment Management industry with an understanding of financial products and markets. - The ability to work effectively within a team of diverse individuals - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree and NISM certified.Job tags
