Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Type: FullTime
Compensation: INR 79 LPA
Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join
our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for translating
creative concepts into impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a
strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand
project objectives and requirements.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand
guidelines.
2. Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of platforms including
digital and print.
Design marketing collaterals social media graphics presentations and
other visual assets.
3. Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in design elements across various marketing
channels.
Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all design outputs.
4. Adaptability:
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Adapt design styles to suit different target audiences and
communication channels.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product
and content teams.
Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs.
6. Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely
delivery.
Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles color theory and typography.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
