Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Ambe NS Agro Products Pvt. Ltd . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving international sales initiatives, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful international sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential markets for pharmaceutical products outside the domestic territory.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in international markets.
• Conduct market research to understand regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in international markets.
• Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance long-term partnerships.
• Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
• Lead international sales efforts, including market analysis, identifying potential markets, and implementing strategies to penetrate global markets.
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry, fostering strong B2B relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or related field.
• Proven experience as an International Sales Executive in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical markets, regulations, and distribution channels.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
