We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Ambe NS Agro Products Pvt. Ltd . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving international sales initiatives, expanding market reach, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful international sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for pharmaceutical products outside the domestic territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in international markets.
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies to enhance long-term partnerships.
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Lead international sales efforts, including market analysis, identifying potential markets, and implementing strategies to penetrate global markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry, fostering strong B2B relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) or related field.
- Proven experience as an International Sales Executive in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international pharmaceutical markets, regulations, and distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
