Job Description :

Â

• Run the demand planning charters for different brands.Â
• Set up and own the processes for supply and demand management from vendor to central kitchen and to the final fulfilment kitchens fully.Â
• Work with different stakeholders to continuously identify levers to improve the overall planning processes.
• KPIs to be owned: Wastage, Menu availability.

Pre-Requisites:

Â

• MBA from a reputed institute
• 4+ Years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong grasp on Processes and math models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong program management skills with an ability to work with diverse set of folks.
• Prior knowledge on demand forecasting models would be beneficial.Â
