Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Hiring for Sales: Develop and execute strategic hiring plans exclusively for Sales, aligning recruitment strategies with sector-specific needs. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a continuous talent pipeline for Sales, ensuring a steady flow of qualified Sales Representatives. Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with the Sales leadership team, aligning recruitment strategies to support their objectives. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute full-cycle, volume recruitment processes, specializing in identifying and onboarding sales professionals for Sales. Adaptive Sourcing and Training: Implement targeted sourcing strategies for management, providing specialized training during onboarding to ensure success in Sales.

Skillset & Qualifications Required: Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities Handle complex & challenging environment & deal with a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople Proven experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Prior experience working with ATS systems 4-6 years of Sales Recruitment Experience
