Roles & Responsibilities
- Support in origination and execution of debt. Prepare transaction-related data and material e.g. Teasers, Information memorandums, CAMs etc.
- Assists in preparing quarterly reports for lenders which will involve formation of report, updating report with information from most recent quarter, distributing lender reports and resolving questions/queries
- Assist in treasury management by tracking and coordinating with institutions for different money market debt investments, deposits etc.
- Oversee forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment while ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing requirements
- Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI
- Monitor quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements
- Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements
- Conducts industry research and develops knowledge materials
Skills and Experience: -
· Graduate's degree in business, finance, economics or similar field (Masters degree a plus)
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a relevant field; finance and banking
· Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
· Collaborative approach, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate agreements.
· Positive attitude and ability to work independently within tight deadlines at a high-level of efficiency
· Experience in: Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, VBA and Macros, PowerPoint and Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
