Role Description
This full-time onsite role is for a Senior Travel Consultant in Bengaluru. As a Senior Travel Consultant with FlyHub Travel Group, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and organize their travel and accommodations. You will use your knowledge of the travel industry and your exceptional customer service skills to make sure clients are happy and satisfied. Additionally, you will work with our team to meet sales targets and build business relationships with clients and travel industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a travel consultant, sales representative or customer service representative in the travel industry
- Excellent knowledge of booking and reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form in English and at least one other local language
- Ability to work well under stress and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; excellent multitasking skills
- Handling flight ticketing, reschedule, refunds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 24/7 service with rotational shift
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creating and selling dynamic travel packages
- Experience in promoting travel products and services on social media
- Experience in corporate travel
- Certification in Travel and Tourism, or related industry
