Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. Ideally, the candidate should have expertise with tools such as

Clevertap, Netcore Cloud, MOEngage, Mixpanel, and Marketo.

You should be someone who’s passionate about marketing and providing a first-class customer experience that can engage our customers, drive revenue, and build brand loyalty. You must possess a strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, email testing, and optimizing performance.

Job purpose You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer journeys as part of our marketing automation programs. This includes journey design and configuration, audience segmentation, and data interrogation.

Roles and responsibilities • Plan, build, and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner; • Manage the set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns, ensuring deliverability. Collaborate with team members to work on the design and copy/content parts. • Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behavior, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc. • Provide a problem-solving and ‘point of escalation’ technical support function • Working with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies. Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance. • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting. Track campaign performance and tweak workflows accordingly. Ideate and execute various email marketing campaigns • Keen eye and aptitude for trouble-shooting with a solution-led approach • Understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing or sales cycle. Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data. • Provide training and documentation for new and existing users.

Requirements • Any bachelor’s degree. A relevant master’s degree would be an added advantage. • Proficiency or experience of working on email marketing campaigns, lead generation and nurturing, and Google Analytics; • Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas, including copy writing, social media, user experience and user interface design; • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills; • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player; • Should know how to use data as fuel to drive results; • Although not a mandatory requirement, fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS is a huge plus, as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages.
