Job description

We are seeking experienced bench marketers to join our growing team and play a key role in filling temporary IT or healthcare positions. We offer a competitive compensation package, lucrative incentives and a terrific work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

These job openings are onsite in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Market existing employees when projects end. Source potential consultants who are on the bench or available for projects using various sources including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media. Screen candidates to understand their skills, experience, preferences, and availability and assess their suitability for job opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to understand their staffing needs and submit candidate profiles while highlighting relevant skills, experience, and fit for the specific job. Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and vendors. Coordinate and schedule interviews between vendors and candidates. Manage the offer and onboarding process for placed candidates while ensuring that required documentation and background checks are completed. Maintain records of candidate interactions, client requirements and placements in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

Proven success as a Bench Sales Recruiter or Bench Marketer Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment tools. Thorough knowledge of the IT industry and technology roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and terms with clients and candidates. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding goals. Familiarity with immigration and visa processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a large list of industry contacts. Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
