Job description
Manager IT 10+ years of overall experience in Handling IT with manufacturing companies.Experience :- In-depth Experience in Managing IT function.- Experience in handling Automation/digitisation projects etc.- Extensive experience in handling IT Applications including M365, SAP Business One HANA.- Experience in managing IT infrastructure for multiple locations, plants, and offices.- Experience in managing IT Security.- Exposure to IT Compliance and Audits.Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science Preferred.Responsibilities:- Drive IT for the company and its associated divisions.- Manage IT Infrastructure (ERP, Software & Hardware) for 4 Manufacturing Plants and Multiple Offices.- Manage Digitization and Automation in critical functions like Manufacturing, Stores, Materials, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.- Support CIO in driving growth and other Initiatives.- Manage automation of Manufacturing Plants including connected Machines by leveraging technologies like MES, IoT, Cloud, and Mobility.- Support Userbase of around 200+ for their IT requirements in IT Infrastructure, Applications, and IT Security.- Manage IT Infra Budgets to utilize Capex effectively and minimize Opex spend.- Leverage new technologies to drive 24- 7 mobility and Increase Productivity.- Manage vendors to drive timely delivery on Projects and support assignments.- Drive organization-wide compliance to ISMS Policies and Procedures.
