Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from our IT solutions and services.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present our services, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and regular updates.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to contribute insights to the sales strategy.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to contribute to service improvements and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in technology services, IT solutions, or digital marketing.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
Understanding of IT solutions, digital marketing concepts, and website development is advantageous.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and client needs.
