Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle, hiring, and technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communicating with hiring managers to understand requirements, posting positions on job boards, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring
- Technical recruiting experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruiting technical roles such as software developers, engineers, or data scientists is a plus
- Professional Certifications in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus
