Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing operations, communication, and supervising client and vendor relations. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards, and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
Applicants should also possess the ability to train and motivate staff and keep them focused on delivering a great experience to customers. Experience in HR-related tasks and inventory management is also a plus.
