Front Office & Admin Manager
(Office Location: Lodha Supremus, Wadala East, Mumbai)
Job Description:
• Managing the front desk & attending to telephone calls.
• Attending to visitors from time-to-time and ensuring they are comfortable.
• Preparing and disseminating meeting minutes, correspondence, memos as and when reqd.
• Administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
• Handling & Maintaining Petty Cash Book.
• Maintenance of Vendor contracts / AMC's & renewals.
• File keeping & maintaining important documents.
• Maintaining records of suppliers and external partners.
• Managing necessary travel arrangements for Senior Members in the team.
• Ensuring the upkeep of the office at all-times (office supplies, stationery & inventory management)
• Managing the house-keeping staff on a daily basis.
• Handling overall day-to-day mundane office administration work.
Requirements and skills:
• Demonstrated experience in managing the front office operations.
• Pro-active, organized and able to work independently to meet tasks within deadlines.
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking, time management & professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PPT)
• Prior experience in the financial services industry would be preferred a plus.
