Job description

Position: Personal Secretary Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 1 to 3 years Location: Worli, Mumbai

Job Profile -  Managing Guest and Visitors for the Managing Director  Prepare and update office records, spreadsheets and presentations to support executive needs and enhance office productivity.  Organized personal and professional calendars, including reminders for upcoming meetings and events.  Type documents, update websites and compile information for meetings.  Devise and maintain office systems to best deal with paper flow.  Attend meeting with director to take notes and dictation at meetings.  Work closely with priority clients to provide one-on-one administrative supports.  Arrange appropriate travel, agendas, necessary contact.  Perform accounting activities, such as preparing cheques, purchase orders and invoices.  Maintain all communications and documentation according to company policy.  Arrange EM report weekly.  Able to interact and communicate at all levels of an organization.  Regular use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms.

Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
