Position Overview:

Designation - HR Executive (Teamlease Payroll)

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive with expertise in talent acquisition to spearhead our recruitment efforts. The HR Executive will be solely responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to facilitating the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying top talent and matching them with suitable positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including online job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Candidate Engagement and Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience from application to onboarding. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps, providing timely updates and maintaining open lines of communication. Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations, interests, and preferences, aligning them with suitable opportunities within the organization.

Collaboration and Coordination: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements, clarify job specifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and facilitate interview panels, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on candidate evaluation criteria and selection processes. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.

Data Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience working exclusively in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment cycle management. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates, build relationships, and influence hiring decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build rapport with stakeholders, and drive consensus on recruitment strategies and decisions.
