Job description
As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, playing a critical role in shaping the company's strategy, fostering operational excellence, and building strategic partnerships. You will leverage your extensive experience in fundraising, operations, and partnerships to drive initiatives that support the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational efficiency, and organisational alignment.
Lead fundraising efforts, including identifying potential investors, managing relationships, and overseeing the fundraising process from start to finish.
Drive operational excellence by optimising processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing best practices across departments.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including external organizations, investors, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and various departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication of strategic priorities.
Analyse data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in roles involving fundraising, operational management, and strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of successful fundraising efforts and establishing strategic partnerships.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
