Designation - Senior Manager - Taxation Department - Indirect Taxation Location - Gandhinagar Education - Chartered Accountant Experience - 6 to 10 years
Area of responsibilities: GST Compliances: -1. Expert knowledge of GST Provisions, Act, Rules and recent amendments. 2. Exposure to handle GST Audit and Assessment and arrange related details after detailed scrutiny 3. Provide the data and documents as required at the time of Audit and reply of Notice 4. Drafting of reply, appeal and attending the hearing of SCN, Audit and Appeals 5. Comfortable to travel to attend the personal hearing 6. Advise other functional dept. on the GST issues 7. Update themselves with the GST provisions and share update with Business concerned. 8. Maintain the litigation tracker, and present to the managements periodically. 9. Maintain Contingent liabilities statement and CARO report during Audit finalization. 10. Support Sr. Counsel in preparation details required for replying to the dept. notices and attending the Appeal hearing. Competencies: Well-versed with GST compliance and GST Provisions Skill: Computer knowledge, and SAP working experience are preferredJob tags
