Assistant Manager Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales at Falcon Exim Pvt. Ltd. The Assistant Manager Sales is responsible for driving sales growth by managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Sales management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Experience in developing and implementing sales and business strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of bar coding and AIDC products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
