Job Overview : - We are seeking a passionate and results-driven App Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hogr. As an App Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our app marketing strategy, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities : User Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users for the Hogr app through various digital marketing channels, both organic and paid. ASO (App Store Optimization) : Implement strategies to optimise app store listings, including keyword optimisation, A/B testing, and staying abreast of industry trends. Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote app features, events, and user-generated content. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials. Analytics and Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse user behaviour, campaign performance, and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making. Retention and Engagement : Implement initiatives to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Utilise data-driven insights and work with the product team. Customer Feedback : Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Work closely with the product development team to enhance the user experience. Requirements : - At least 3 years of experience in app marketing, preferably in the food or social networking industry. - Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user behaviour, and trends. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Apple App Analytics, and AppTweak to drive data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. - Knowledge of ASO best practices and experience with app store optimisation. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Job tags
