Position : Assistant Manager - Business Development (Corporates & Events)

- To develop and grow their Institutional Catering Business by working closely with the Senior team to achieve growth and client retention targets.- This requires prospecting and lead generation to contribute to the development of the sales pipeline in keeping with segment strategy
Selection Criteria : - Graduate/Masters in Sales & Marketing - 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development experience in Corporate Events & Facilities Services - Experience of using a client relationship management system - Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)- Negotiation, Influencing and Interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of the P & L - Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail - thinks ahead and pre-empts possible setbacks and obstacles - Strong interpersonal skills and rigorous attitude to ensuring plans, deadlines are adhered - Strong written and verbal communication skills, - Excellent project management skills - Ready to travel Pan India, if this is the Business requirement. - Ability to work as a team and autonomously - The ability to adapt to meet a frequently changing workplaceJob tags
