Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager. Candidates should have expereince between 0-3 years.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in providing excellent customer service to enterprise clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree any field
• Experience in the software/tech industry is a plus. Freshers can also apply.
