Job description
Sales Maximization, Customer Acquisition, and Retention To plan and attain targets / Business plan To analyze and understand complete market dynamics for overall sales maximization. To ensure implementation of company's processes/policies Assessing company performance with Industry To continuously monitor RBML performance against industry and analyze RBML competitive position on parameters like network, pricing, channel margins, customer communication, and customer service. Channel Development and Management To ensure channel motivation by effectively managing channel team, timely attending & resolving, and handling channel-related concerns and feedbacks. Providing inputs to enable retail outlet channel partner remuneration, rewards & recognition, channel engagement initiatives, measures to check channel partner satisfaction, analyzing channel partner financial health, and recommending corrective/remedial actions Sustenance of Quantity & Quality (Q&Q) Value Proposition To anchor sustenance of Q&Q Value proposition across the network and ensure that the network remains fully compliant with all applicable laws & statutes in the state Boundary Management: To liaise and co-ordinate with various external agencies and make appropriate representation to ensure that no adverse legal actions are initiated against the company Safety & Environment To ensure that all locations & jobs are carried out are safety compliant without any exception as per Company's policy.
