The team
Deloitte is working with global customers on cloud technologies to help them spot unseen business trends, transform, and curate data to find meaningful insights, and so on. Due to continued expansion, we're searching for like-minded individuals to help us 'take it to the next level'.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer of large-scale data solutions. You will join a team delivering a transformative cloud-hosted data platform for key clients

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing data ingestion and transformation pipelines for large-scale organizations. We are seeking someone with deep technical skills in a variety of technologies to play an important role in developing and delivering early proofs of concept and production implementation.

You will get good experience in building solutions using a variety of open-source tools on a cloud platform and a proven track record in delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implement repairs, modifications, and upgrades, and diagnose and resolve system errors or technical issues.
• Monitor managed enterprise infrastructure platforms to identify performance issues and ensure the overall system integrity.
• Responsibilities include providing engineering level support and administration of the infrastructure.
• L3 level experience on Windows systems
• Must have expertise in O365, Intune, SharePoint and other EUC collaboration technologies
• Strong knowledge on Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Strong working knowledge on EUC Technologies like VPN, Antivirus, Proxy, DLP, Office 365
• Good working knowledge in Azure AD, EMS, MFA etc
• Troubleshoot any technical issues related desktops, laptops, Printers, IT peripherals etc.
• Address issues pertaining to the application installed on desktop.
• Resource planning for 24x7 support
• Ensuring compliance with hardening patching AV.
• Desktop Endpoint security audit preparations for any external client audits and internal audits.
• Planning and designing of movement/migration of endpoint related devices
• Work closely with other IT Teams in ensuring better experience to clients on various process (including on boarding & off boarding) .
• Must have Strong verbal and written communication
• Good knowledge on hardware and troubleshooting skills to identify endpoint's technical issue
• Prior experience to support senior / VIP users
• Strong ITIL knowledge
