Role: Chief Manager-Finance & Accounts Location: Noida Roles & Responsibilities: Expert knowledge of handling Direct/ Indirect taxation Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis – Annual budgeting, Monthly P&L and MIS Reports and variance Analysis. Finalizing quarterly, half yearly and annual Financial Statements aper IND AS. Finalisation of Income Tax computation, Tax Audit etc. Well versed with managing statutory and management audits. Preparing & managing data for Statutory Audit, Income tax Audit and GST Audit. Revenue Recognition, identify the gaps & built control. Expert knowledge of GST Compliance including review of monthly Returns, reconciliations, Annual returns. Job Requirement: High level of integrity and excellent work ethics. Team player with good interpersonal relationship building skills. Value-driven and customer service focused approach. Ability to direct and supervise. CA with 5+ post qualification. Working knowledge of SAP. Expert in MS Office Applications.Job tags
