Role Description This is a full-time General Manager role at SWANOTEL in Hyderabad. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the hotel including the management of guest services, staff, finances, and budgets. They will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve the hotel's performance and maximize profitability. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 10+ years of experience in hotel management Excellent communication and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and budgets Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in staff management and employee relations Experience working with luxury hotels and managing teams of over 100 employees is preferred. Knowledge of hotel management software and technology is also a plus.Job tags
