DEPARTMENT: ACCOUNTS REVISION: 1 DATE: 2023/1/10 JOB PROFILE Job Title Accounts Executive Division/Company Scope Chemicals Private Limited Reports to Manager Accounts and Finance Reported by - Purpose of the Job Principal duties We are seeking an experienced and detail - oriented accountant to join our growing organization to handle all accounting operations within the company and ensure the integrity of accounting information.
Booking day to day transactions in tally prime.
Maintain account balances and ledgers Generate financial statements and all reports as per management requirement. Reconciling account balances and bank statements. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable and correspond with vendors and Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other customer. Inter Company transactions. statements. Make recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets and expenditures Keep abreast with financial laws, rules and regulations and internal policies Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/ national regulations Skills: MS Excel, tally Prime, Outlook. At least 4yrs of proven experience in an accounting role. Experience/Qualifications Personal Skills Excellent communication abilities Is willing to handle other cross-functional roles handed to them.
