Work closely with cross-functional departments on project planning, preparation, scheduling and delivery.
Maintain oversight and awareness of project demand, overseeing timelines and communication of project status to necessary parties.
Oversee high volume project intake and tight deadlines to meet business needs.
Provide strategic guidance and solutions to business partners and teammates to mitigate risks.
Identify process inefficiencies, provide solutions to resolve gaps, and pinpoint preventive measures and improvement opportunities.
Ensure quality and service standards are met, including client contractual deliverables.
Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, document and define procedures.
Monitor and communicate team status.
Develop and grow a strong and diverse team.
Key Qualifications - Bachelors degree preferred
3 years relevant experience (e.g. ops management)
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and business partners
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing and developing staff
Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple, highly visible projects with tight timelines simultaneously
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions to ensure alignment with business strategy and requirements.
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management, colleagues and direct reports
Strong presentation, organizational and multitasking skills
High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and personality that fits an energetic and proactive organization
