Job description

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Must have Technical knowledge and Hands-on Experience with Antivirus and EDR solutions on CROWDSTRIKE / SENTINELONE / TRENDMICRO /PaloAlto Cortex / Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint

• Effective in customer-facing engagement, Delivering technical product presentations & demonstrations and creative problem-solving skills.

• Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers.

• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.

• Must have Hands-on Implementation/ Installation/ Configuration and troubleshooting on Antivirus and EDR products

• Hands-on experience in creating antivirus and EDR policies, rules, and exceptions.

• Preparing implementation documents, architectural diagrams and Knowledge Transfer for the customer.

• Should have good knowledge and experience in up gradation and migration activities.

• Need to work on critical incidents and troubleshoot.

• Troubleshooting Virus/malware incidents on endpoints.(Clients/servers. etc.)

• Attending to the technical issues of the assigned tickets of customers over a remote session or on-site depending on the criticality.

• Follow up and update the status of the assigned tickets

• Technical Assistance to the sales team during the sales cycle

• Upskilling to ensure steady growth to the self and company

• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge and participate in technical communities of interest.

Certifications:

OEM certifications from CROWDSTRIKE / TRENDMICRO / SentinelONe / PaloAlto Cortex / Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint- at least any two of them is mandatory
