Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager Taxation to join our team at rspatelca. As a Manager Taxation, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company's tax compliance and planning activities. This includes ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, conducting tax research and analysis, implementing tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities, and staying up-to-date with tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- CA Certified candidates
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in taxation, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience in tax planning and strategy implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all tax compliance and planning activities for the company
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, and withholding taxes
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize the company's tax position
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate implications to management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary
- Assist with tax audits and respond to tax-related inquiries from authorities
- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support
