Job description

Key Account Management:

Develop and execute strategies to manage and grow key accounts within the Chemical and API sectors.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Sales Leadership:

Leverage your extensive sales experience to lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to capitalize on market opportunities.
Sales Volume Achievement:

Demonstrate a proven history of handling a minimum annual sales volume of 200 crores INR within the Chemical and API industries.
Identify new business opportunities to further increase sales and market share.
Networking:

Leverage your strong network with commercial and technical leaders in the Chemical and API companies to open doors, negotiate deals, and foster collaborations.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's visibility and forge new connections.
Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide regular market intelligence reports to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key account metrics, and market trends to the executive team.
Qualifications:

Minimum 20 years of overall sales experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to the Chemical and API industries.
Proven track record of managing a minimum annual sales volume of 150-200 crores INR.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) is required.
Exceptional networking skills with a strong connection to commercial and technical leaders in the Chemical and API sectors.
