The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and Multiple back-end languages. The full stack developer will join a small team that uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users.
The Impact: This is an extremely visible role as the Full stack developer where you will be responsible for analysis, design, architecture, development and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise with cutting edge technologies and a desire to drive change through all alignment across the enterprise. The role requires the candidate to mentor and coach developers on Agile teams and be a hands-on problem solver and developer helping to extend and manage the platforms. You will be an expert contributor and part of the team

Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility with release goals. This includes understanding requirements, technical specifications, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
- Ensure compliance through the adoption of enterprise standards and promotion of best practice / guiding principles aligned with organization standards.
- Build and maintain the environment for speed, accuracy, consistency and 'up' time.
- Hands-on position requiring strong analytical, architecture, development and debugging skills that includes both development and operations.
- Developing front-end website architecture and designing user interactions on web pages and ensuring responsiveness of applications
- Developing back-end website applications and Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Designing and developing APIs Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
- Focus on building a team culture that is based on trust. Inspire your team member so that they focus on continuous growth
This Role Requires: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors or master's degree in computer science or related
- Strong skills in Drupal, PHP, Javascript, Jquery and has proven experience in creating websites & backend modules.
- Good understanding and knowledge of AWS related technologies.
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 8+ years of work experience in Technology (application development).
- 5+ Years of experience as full stack developer with exposure to AWS.
- 5+ years of Drupal Theming and Front-End Development experience.
- Experience working with Drupal's main modules, such as CTools, Views, Rules, and soon.
- Strong architectural ability including familiarity with data, display, and information architecture
- Ability to create custom Drupal modules.
- Having an exposure to CIvicCRM would be added advantage.
- Familiarity with API security models including but not limited to OAuth, JSON Web Token, Digital Certificates, Basic Authentication, and OpenID
- Exposure to DevOps culture with hands on experience in Jenkins for CI/CD would be added advantage.
- Added advantage to have exposure on SQL optimization and related tools.
Salary Discussion: The final Salary offer will get released based on your overall experience, Interview Performance and current CTC
Industry Standard: 30% to 40% should expect on the current CTC. You can negotiate the salary with the client directly.
