Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head, located in New Delhi. The National Sales Head will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, overseeing a sales team, maintaining and growing channel sales, interacting with channel partners & growing the network and liaising with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications Experience in Business Planning and Team Management Proven track record in Channel Sales and Sales in Aftermarket for Spare Parts or Lubricants for Commerical Vehicles or Passenger Cars Expertise in Sales & Marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in leading a team Managing Profit and Loss of the Vertical High-Performance & High-Growth Mindset
