Role Description We are seeking a strong go-getter, highly motivated, self-aware, and results-driven quality assurance engineer to join our team as an individual contributor. You will be in charge of testing both B2C and B2B online applications. Making sure engineers deliver the product in accordance with specifications and quality guidelines will be your main goal in this situation. We need someone who will stick to rigorous and superior standards of accuracy and quality for the software products. Responsibilities Work closely with globally distributed engineers to ensure that every software release meets 100% requirements and has superior quality for the software products. As a reliable and superior quality engineer, take the final call on whether the product is good to go for production or not, justifying it with proper reports, risks, and mitigation recommendations. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, test scenarios, and scripts for functionality and performance. Initially, we'll do manual testing; eventually, we'll migrate to automation testing. With super strong analytical and problem-solving skills, conduct root-cause analysis of bugs and missing features and collaborate with engineers for timely resolutions for stable functionality and performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning. Maintain clear documentation of test scenarios, results, and QA processes. Must have experience with GitHub for creating tickets and for automation, Selenium, or Equivalent. Healthcare experience is a plus. Should have a deep understanding of the overall products and their features and demonstrate that confidence and commendation during the demos to stakeholders and clients.
